A4: The more up-to-date and complete the catalog is the more valuable it will be as an education and outreach tool. This catalog was intentionally created to be user supported rather than relying on a single entity to keep the materials current. In addition, you are able to edit any of the catalog information you submit so that changes can be made if you print a new version or make other changes to the availability of the materials.

Q5: I don't have an image of my materials - how do I get a default image?

A5: Default images are posted here: http://www.clr.pdx.edu/projects/outreach/edoutimages/ and are available for you to download and use when you add your entry to the catalog.

Q6: I uploaded a .gif file but it is not displayed. What did I do wrong?

A6: The image software can not create a thumbnail from .gif images. Please convert your image to a .jpg (you can do this using a program like Windows Picture and Fax Viewer and save as) and reload it.
